FREE H1N1 VACCINES!

It's not too late to get vaccinated for H1N1 flu. The McHenry County Department of Health is offering FREE H1N1 vaccinations for anyone 6 months or older. Please visit one of our walk in clinics in Crystal Lake located at 100 N. Virginia St. These clinics will be held, Thursday, March 4th and Thursday, March 11th from 8:30am - 6:00pm and again on Friday, March 5th and Friday, March 12th from 8:30am - 4:00pm.
